Get Your Best Work Out At The Aberdeen Apartments in Houston
During the holidays, we tend to focus a lot on how we’re eating and how we exercise. Everyone seems panicked about the over indulgence of Thanksgiving dinner, of the sweets consumed during December, and how they’re going to stick to their New Year’s resolution to lose weight.

Our Fitness and Health Center is open 24 hours so as to fit any schedule and features both weight and cardio machines so that you can get the best work out possible. It saves you travel time and money as you don’t need to buy a gym membership. Before heading the gym, make sure you:
- Hydrate. Hydration before and during your workout are a must.
- Know your gym etiquette. Bring a towel to clean sweat off of machines after you use them. Try not to talk on a cell phone if you’re where others in the room can hear you. If there’s a wait for a machine, you can stay on it for your workout, just try to limit your time to 30 minutes or less on it and then move on.
- Dress in comfortable, loose fitting and breathable clothing. You don’t need to wear tight work out clothes like a superhero to get a proper workout.
Not a big fan of going to the gym? You can always do a workout in your apartment at The Aberdeen. It’s a great way to avoid the chilly cold as you walk to the fitness center or the heat of the summer. Pressed for time? You can work out in ten minutes or less.
